Are you struggling to understand how your daily work connects with your faith in Christ and all the easy answers have left you wanting?

Gotham will help you do the uncomfortable, meaningful work of finding the real, hard answers that will transform your approach to work and deepen your relationship with God in the best way.

The Gotham fellowship provides three critical pathways for participants to fully integrate their faith And work:

UNDERSTANDING THEOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES

Your work matters and is sacred; a critical part of God’s plan for your life. By changing the way you see your work - paid and unpaid - Gotham participants develop a theological framework that puts the lens of scripture over every area of daily life; leaving no corner of their world untouched by the truth of God’s Word. Weekly teachings by seminary-trained educators, pastors and guest instructors prepare you to leave the program with a more robust understanding of God’s word, the impact of your work and your role in it.

DEEP SPIRITUAL AND LEADERSHIP FORMATION
Through a seminary-level curriculum paired with deep spiritual study, you develop a vision for how you can be more impactful to the kingdom of God in your day-to-day work. The Gotham program culminates in a project that helps you identify opportunities within your sphere of influence to practically apply class concepts to real-world needs, refining your ability to be an effective leader.

AUTHENTIC COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
The Gotham Fellowship provides an intimate setting that fosters deep community amongst fellow Nashvillians from diverse backgrounds socially, economically and vocationally. By leaning into intensive learning, combined with commitment to the program and each other, you leave with a network of individuals in the city, unified and mobilized by a common desire to see city-wide change and growth.
